Alternatives In Home Care is an in-home service provider that assists individuals and families. We are dedicated to helping our clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes by carefully assessing and fully understanding their needs, followed by selectively placing caring and trained personnel to meet those needs.

We can also help those who need assistance with or guidance in developing life skills, and anyone simply without the time or desire to handle their own home needs and maintenance.

Angelika Russell, CEO and Owner
Angelika has lived in Arizona for several decades. She graduated from the University of Arizona and has worked as a Case Manager for over 18 years. Her experience includes employment with Pima County, Cochise County, The Public Fiduciary, and Pima Health System's ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care Systems). Her credentials include a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Arizona and certification as a Geriatric Care Manager through the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Pima Community College, where she teaches a nationally recognized Direct Care Provider course.
