Applicants for Personal Care Attendant positions must have documented experience in the delivery of private duty home care to include the skilled use and operation of a Mechanical Lift, a hospital bed, experience with skin care to prevent breakdown and Passive ROM.  If you are selected, you will receive additional training.

Additional Requirements for all employees:

At least 18 years of age

Good communication skills
Experience with Aging and Disability Issues
CPR, First Aid Certification

Negative TB Testing Results
Valid Driver's License and Valid Automobile Insurance
Ability to pass a Background Check R

Pre-employment and/or Random drug testing
Proof of employment eligibility in the United States
Ability to read, write and speak English
