NOW HIRING COMMUNITY LIAISON FOR COLUMBIA, SC (MIDLANDS)
Alternatives in Home Care is an established non-medical in home care and geriatric care management agency headquartered in Tucson, AZ. We have recently opened a new branch in Columbia, SC and we are currently recruiting an exceptional marketing professional to join our team.
As an Alternatives Community Liaison, you will be part of an outstanding team that works to make a positive impact in the lives of the elders in our community. You will work independently with minimal supervision to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources. Your primary objective is to increase our bottom-line by maintaining profitable relationships with referral sources in the community. In addition, the successful candidate will represent Alternatives in Home Care positively and professionally through interactions with other care partners, workshops, and community events.
Responsibilities include:

Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with care partners within the community (hospitals, physician practices, social workers, senior centers, and other segments of opportunity).

Generate referrals for home care and/or geriatric care management.

Accurately represent agency features and benefits.

Complete, maintain, and submit all required reports.

Plan/attend industry events and coordinate in-services to promote our services.

Develop and adhere to a contact/visitation schedule to existing and potential referral sources.

Meet/exceed goals for marketing appointments and agency objectives.

Identify and recommend additional marketing activities.

Maintain confidentiality of agency, clients, and care partners.
Qualifications:
-
Successful track record with Senior Care/Long Term Care Industry Sales OR demonstrated experience in healthcare

Established contacts and relationships with target care partners/customers in the Midlands is essential for this position

Solid knowledge of the issues that affect elders in our community

Adequate computer proficiency required for reports and communication (ie email, internet, online forms, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Valid driver’s license and insurance

Bachelor’s degree preferred
