Alternatives in Home Care provides professional care management and Aging Life Care™ services in Tucson, Arizona, along with coordinated home care and live-in support for older adults facing complex medical, cognitive, or transitional challenges. Since 2008, we have partnered with families, physicians, and discharge planners to develop structured care plans, oversee implementation, and provide experienced caregivers throughout Tucson and surrounding communities. Our approach combines professional oversight with dependable, compassionate in-home support.
What is Professional Care Management?

Professional care management is a comprehensive, expert-led approach to supporting older adults and their families through complex care decisions. Care managers assess needs, develop personalized care plans, coordinate services, advocate with healthcare providers, and provide ongoing oversight as situations evolve.

At Alternatives in Home Care, professional care management services are provided by certified care managers who are members of the Aging Life Care Association. Our work follows the Aging Life Care™ approach - an established professional standard that emphasizes education, experience, certification, ethical practice, and comprehensive coordination to support safety, independence, and quality of life.
